Birth Support
My birth packages provide support to birthing people (as well as their family and/or partner/s) throughout the full spectrum of pregnancy. As your birth doula, I will offer witness, resources, advocacy, information, and companionship.

The fourth trimester is intense and beautiful. It is also one of the most under-supported seasons along the parenthood journey.

Cesarean Support
Cesarean births may be planned and/or medically necessary for many reasons. All birthing people and their families deserve support regardless of the birth they choose or the birth that chooses them.

Our commitment to work together is the start of a relationship built on trust and support. This relationship extends to your support person, partner/s, and family.
Together we can navigate the more practical matters (information, provider interaction, resources, and questions) that can oftentimes compete with matters of the heart.
Collectively, we can weave the threads of birth’s unpredictability with mindful preparation and empowerment. Every family and birthing person is unique. I believe your care and support should reflect your individual needs.
